For years, I was that woman who looked like she had it all together on the outside—but inside I was running on fumes. I was exhausted, anxious, resentful, and quietly drowning.

I spent my days worried that if I spoke up or showed my true self, people would leave, ignore me, or get upset. I gave everything I had to my family and friendships, trying to do it all and be it all—yet I felt unsupported, unseen, and secretly really pissed off. At night, the heaviness of it all was so overwhelming that I numbed with wine just to get a break from my own mind.

The truth is, I love giving, helping, and supporting—it’s who I am. But I lost the ability to tell the difference between my own needs and everyone else’s. I didn’t know where I ended and others began.

For a long time, I thought the answer was just to do better boundaries. I tried setting limits, saying the “right” words, making the mental lists of what I would and wouldn’t tolerate. But no matter how hard I tried, it never stuck. I still felt drained and disconnected—because I was trying to force boundaries from my head only, without involving my body, my patterns, and the deeper parts of me that were driving it all.

Everything shifted when I realized I was doing boundaries all wrong. I saw that I was either putting up a steel wall with some people or bending over backwards for others—and neither gave me the peace or freedom I was craving. Once I began working with boundaries in a whole new way—through both mind and body—I finally broke free of the protective patterns that kept me stuck and feeling unsupported.

When I began this process, everything changed. My relationships became richer and more intimate. I had more time and less overwhelm. And for the first time, I actually felt safe letting myself be supported.

This isn’t just my story—I’ve taught this same process to countless women in my 1:1 work, and they’ve experienced the same transformations: more peace, more clarity, stronger boundaries, deeper relationships, and a sense of empowerment they didn’t think was possible.

About Britt

I had the belief that I was not enough and that there was something wrong with me. Like many of my clients, my trauma history and a lifetime of being in survival mode was bringing me so much pain and stuckness in my mind and body - chronic anxiety, burnout, depression, autoimmune disease and sabotaging patterns - I felt helpless and that my life was not mine.

So I set out on a path to not feel helpless, so I delve into the world of self help, got into energy healing and yoga and helped myself and many others with these modalities but would get so frustrated when these same things I had been “healing” kept coming back - reiterating that “I wasn’t doing something right”, “I needed more”, “there was something wrong with me”. All beliefs I had been trying to “get rid of” so that I could feel more in control.

I was tired of being tired and trying so hard, getting certified in all these different modalities to fix myself and others.

During my coaching program, I was introduced to polyvagal theory (about how our nervous system works) and that is when I started to heal in a way that was not just about understanding and intellectualizing. It was working with the most significant part - the body and nervous system.

I learned that thinking my way out of pain wasn’t the answer—relying on my intellect alone only kept me circling the same patterns of ‘not enough.’ Healing had to happen on a deeper, felt level.”

I enrolled in several somatic and nervous system training programs and worked with several trauma informed coaches. I started healing at the level of where the traumas started, in my nervous system and physiology. This was scary as hell for me because I had been so deathly afraid to come into my body and feel, but I did it, in small digestable ways.

Do I have days I feel not enough? Absolutely.

Come on’ we are human, it is going to happen.

BUT, now I feel so much more in control when it does come up and it is not so scary and definitely less intense. I know how to address it in a way that doesn’t keep it looming over my day, discharge it appropriately and move on with my day and how I want to feel.

Through this work, I feel so much more confident and empowered knowing that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ME.

My formal education includes a Business Administration degree, certifications in trauma informed coaching, embodied processing, IFS (Internal Family Systems), I have studied with many top practitioners in somatic therapy and polyvagal theory. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher, Soul Teacher Intuitive Healer, RYT500 Yoga Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner.

My mission is to guide women back to themselves.

I believe you are not broken, and you are not destined to stay stuck in the old patterns that keep you exhausted, resentful, or disconnected. Those patterns are not who you are—they are survival strategies that once helped you, but no longer serve the life you want to live.

My work is about helping women rewrite those outdated blueprints in a trauma-informed way, so they can reclaim their innate power and remember the truth: the answers you seek aren’t outside of you—they’ve always been within.

When you learn to connect with yourself, to gently befriend the parts of you that have worked so hard to protect and survive, real healing happens. From there, you step into greater ease, emotional freedom, peace, and alignment.

This is the path to living intentionally, to creating a life that feels like your own—one built on inner safety, clarity, and self-trust.
